OUR PURPOSE AT TCAB:

  1. •To be LEAD WORSHIPERS at TCAB in genuine, "spirit and truth" worship and to encourage praise and worship as a lifestyle in the hearts of all believers.

  2. •To EQUIP, ENCOURAGE and raise up musicians who have a heart for worship.

  3. •To DEVELOP SPIRITUALLY those who are involved in this ministry of praise and worship.

  4. •To PROVIDE A "FAMILY" atmosphere that produces healthy relationships with others.

  5. •To DEVELOP LEADERSHIP skills that will effectively lead the body into the presence of Christ.

  6. •To PROVIDE TRAINING and teaching in praise and worship ministry through various formats and experiential learning.
